Who we are
Our Mission:
To share the blessings of God with Haiti, through acts of Christian love.
Our Reason:
With such impoverished circumstances, hope is often deferred for the members of the communities we serve in Haiti.
Our Faith:
We believe in Jesus Christ as our only savior and we are His ambassadors. Because Give Us Hope Mission represents Christ, GUHM is obedient in following " The Great Commission" Jesus asked of all Christians:
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” -Matthew 28:18-20
Our Goals:
To serve God's will by helping provide hope to communities in Haiti. GUHM does this by:
- Teaching salvation through Jesus Christ.
- Building and restoring relationships with Christ for
- non-believers and believers.
- Showing the love of Christ by supplying the basic needs of food, potable water, healthcare, shelter, and an education.
